The Role
This newly created position will work alongside the Sales and Agronomy team to oversee and improve commercial operations at our branch.
* Manage procurement, inventory planning, and supplier relationships.
* Coordinate merchandise sales, orders, and deliveries.
* Anticipate customer needs and ensure reliable service.
* Identify opportunities to improve stock control, logistics, and service delivery.
While much of the work is office-based, the role also involves attending farm visits, research field days, and other activities that build strong relationships with customers and the community.
