About the role
We are seeking a bright individual to join our team at Ribtex as a Sales Representative for our Value Craft brand to manage and grow our client base across the western region of Melbourne and Victoria. You'll be selling to discount variety shops and retailers, building long-term relationships and driving territory growth.
Key accountabilities of the role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts through taking orders and presenting new products ranges
* Support customers through merchandising current ranges and setting up new stores when needed
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
* Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Territory management across Western Melbourne and Victoria
Skills and experience
* Proven B2B sales experience with strong relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Valid driver's licence essential
* Experience in craft products or retail is advantageous but not essential - we'll train the right person
