You’ll be stepping into a key role on the grill, working alongside a young and talented head chef who values precision, teamwork and a genuine love for cooking. About the Role: You’ll take ownership of the grill section, cooking a variety of proteins to different doneness levels with consistency and care. You should be confident handling meat, especially when it comes to deboning and butterflying whole chickens. This is a role for someone with a solid foundation in kitchen work who’s eager to grow with us heading into a busy summer season.
