Training and Implementation Specialist
As a Training and Implementation Specialist at iVvy, you will be responsible for implementing and training new clients to the iVvy Venue and Events software.
In addition, you will assist with existing clients' training requirements and support internal training as directed by the Head of Training & Implementation.

The platform supports a range of functionalities—managing inquiries, live bookings, sales proposals and contracts, invoicing, accommodation blocks, event catering and logistics, and operational documentation—while integrating essential CRM, marketing and financial management features to streamline operations.
iVvy empowers venues to market and manage their function space on any device, anywhere, providing them with complete control over their business.
About the role
Coordinate and assist with client account setups.
Manage the onboarding and implementation process of new clients within project timeframes and training procedures set by the Head of Training & Implementation.
Facilitate client training online using Teams and face-to-face onsite as required.
Maintain and update project-management systems for all client projects.
Support and assist client queries during the implementation process.
Assist with internal training and training in the UK or US regions, if required.
About you
5+ years of experience within the hospitality industry; experience as a trainer highly regarded.
Track record of building strong internal and external working relationships.
Proven ability to manage key supplier relationships.
Ability to self-manage and perform with a high level of competence and subject-matter understanding.
Capable of communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Requires drive and a "can-do" attitude along with a strategic mindset.
