Our client owns and operates a growing business, that represents the new way of selling vehicles in Australia. Due to exponential growth, they are now looking to appoint hard-working and diligent people with experience in Automotive Paintless Dent removal to their team, based in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
Due to business growth, my client has moved to brand new, larger facilities located in Laverton North. This business offers excellent incentives to their employees, a positive work environment and excellent working hours.
This role will be most suited to a person who has recent experience doing Paintless Dent Removal in a workshop environment. A certification in PDR training will be highly regarded, however previous experience is essential.
You will be joining a team that prides themselves on having a fantastic company culture and taking care of their staff in all levels of the company.
The requirements of this role are:
- Training courses in PDR will be highly regarded, however industry experience is essential
- You must have strong communication skills.
- Be a team player with a desire to assist your fellow staff.
- Always produce a high standard of work
- Certificate of Covid vaccination completion
- Have the ability to follow procedures.
- Be committed to workshop safety.
- Be willing to undergo a police and background check.
- The ability to work efficiently and time deadlines.
- Hold a current manual drivers licence
In return you will be joining a workshop with brand new facilities and equipment. This role is a full-time Monday - Friday role. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary, based on your experience and licences. This role also comes with a sign on bonus to new employees and a monthly phone allowance. Plus, individual performance bonuses are also on offer.
