The role involves providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development.
They will have the opportunity to forge strong connections with their participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals.
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about people and have a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively interact with individuals.
In addition to a Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification, you'll need at least 2 years of industry experience and a valid Victorian Driver License.
An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector is also highly regarded.
