Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.
Cover 10 - 24-hour shifts per month.
May supervise advanced practice providers and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
Build relationships with internal teams and community partners.
Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation:
$50,000 commencement/sign-on bonus.
$460,000+ salary, plus productivity and quality bonuses.
$6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses.
Malpractice coverage.
