Job Description
As a Senior Air Freight Export Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for allocated customers to manage and close job files efficiently.
* To act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless cargo handling and uplift.
* Monitor shipment progress, set up bookings, and plan shipments to meet customer requirements and performance expectations.
* Update the Transportation Management System (TMS) accurately with all responsible shipment milestones and on-time updates.
* Complete billing requirements accurately by capturing services sold and applying revenue and costs correctly.
* Support in resolving claims and disputes in a timely manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact for airlines and Customs Trade Officers to facilitate smooth cargo operations.
