Job Title
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee current and future operations to ensure excellent programs for clients. You will oversee all logistical, staffing, and catering operations working closely with the Logistics Manager and Program Coordinators.
The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of Optimum Experiences. This includes supervising, overseeing staffing and training employees, managing quality assurance on programs, and implementing continuous program improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Works closely with the Logistics Manager and Program Coordinator to determine the logistical support necessary for each program.
* Improves WHS and risk assessments across all aspects of Optimum Experiences.
* Liaises with clients to ensure on-ground delivery consistently meets expected delivery agreements.
* Implements real-time changes required to meet program outcomes.
* Provides inspirational leadership to the team to inspire exceptional program delivery.
