Project Administrator - Infrastructure & Operations Our client is seeking a Project Administrator to join a high-functioning Infrastructure & Operations team, supporting critical programs across end user computing, corporate networking, telephony, and Device as a Service deployments. This role is embedded in the operations of a busy technology environment, providing administration and coordination that keeps large-scale ICT delivery running smoothly. You will ensure project plans, schedules, and documentation are maintained to the highest standard, coordinate across multiple stakeholders and suppliers, and support delivery of operational technology initiatives across the organisation. $700-$790 p/d Sydney, NSW 2000 location (minimum 2 days onsite) Contract until April 2027 Key responsibilities Maintain and update detailed project documentation, including plans, registers, risks, issues, and action items Support delivery of ICT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware provisioning, networking upgrades, telephony rollouts, and Device as a Service programs Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure milestones are met and dependencies are managed Prepare reports, briefs, and dashboards for project managers and leadership to monitor progress and identify risks Schedule and facilitate meetings, working groups, and cross-team communications Assist with governance and compliance, ensuring documentation meets audit and reporting standards Track and escalate operational issues affecting project delivery Requirements Proven experience as a Project Administrator/Support within ICT, infrastructure, or operations programs Hands-on knowledge of end user computing systems (laptops, desktops, peripherals), corporate networks, telephony systems, or Device as a Service projects Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Attention to detail and high standards for documentation and reporting Mandatory Politically neutral Satisfactory criminal record check Unrestricted rights to work in Australia Ability to declare no secondary employment What's on offer Contract through to April 2027 Strong day rate with super Direct exposure to high-profile ICT infrastructure programs Hands-on involvement in operational delivery and technology initiatives Sound like you?
