Administrative Assistant - Property Operations
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our property management team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the portfolio, including administrative tasks that ensure compliance, consistency, and provide a seamless experience for owners and tenants.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. They will also have a working knowledge of property management software and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare lease documents, renewals, and bond lodgements
* Accurate data entry in property management systems
* Conduct property inspections
* Assist with rent, bond, and invoice arrears
* Coordinate maintenance and issue work orders
* Process and verify invoices
* Track compliance with relevant legislation
