Responsibilities: Manage and grow key accounts and distribution partners to achieve sales and profit targets. Execute sales plans, including product placement, promotions, and channel expansion with retailers - Kmart, Big W, Target, Amazon. Prepare forecasts, track performance, and manage orders. Handle account administration, including reporting, pricing, and delivery updates. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and trade activation's. Support inventory and demand planning to optimise stock levels. Liaise with finance on credit terms, invoicing, and payments. Deliver sales presentations and seasonal line reviews with buyers. Monitor competitors and customer insights to inform strategies. Represent the business at trade shows and key meetings; travel as needed. Requirements: 3 years in retail account management or sales, preferably in consumer products, FMCG, or toys. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable managing both sales and operational tasks across multiple accounts. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience preferred. Analytical, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
