About the Role
No two days will be the same
Supporting the Head of Woolworths Group to:
* Grow innovative brands in retail through unlocking and executing world class activations and optimised promotional plans
* Build meaningful relationships across Woolworths to ensure long-term partnerships are nurtured
* Utilise a creative, solution-oriented approach to overcome market challenges, ensuring our partner brands are positioned for success in Woolworths
* Lead with data to build meaningful and pragmatic presentations to highlight how brands can support category KPIs
* Trade plan optimisation to ensure best in class sales and execution
* Direct involvement with the health and wellness sector's most innovative brands, playing a pivotal role in their growth journey.

About You
Got experience in FMCG category management or sales? Perfect Extra brownie points if you've worked with or within Woolworths before:
* A self-starter that works well as a part of a team with excellent time management and prioritisation
* A proven track record of nurturing and expanding sales and distribution channels for emerging brands.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen ability to translate sales and customer data into compelling brand stories and strategies.
* A passion for the FMCG industry, specifically health and wellness brands, coupled with a goal-driven mentality.
