**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and lead a small team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in healthcare recruitment or agency recruitment.
- Proven track record in managing and leading a team.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and related positions is highly desirable.
