Responsibilities
* Assist the Service Center Manager with various tasks, including taking and delivering messages.
* Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as interline companies.
* Prepare accurate and detailed bills of lading and delivery receipts.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate may be asked to assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, payroll, and freight reports.
Requirements
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office programs and possessing excellent keyboarding skills.
