Position Details
* $66,417.24 base salary ($83,021.55 full‐time equivalent) + Super (12%) + generous salary packaging options
* Part‐time (0.8 FTE), 2‐year fixed‐term contract
* Based in Melbourne

We're seeking a Direct Marketing Coordinator to provide high‐quality operational and administrative support across our direct marketing fundraising program. Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager and working closely with colleagues across Community and Corporate Relations, this role supports the delivery of acquisition, retention and regular giving campaigns. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build strong capability in direct marketing and fundraising while contributing to meaningful outcomes that support life‐saving research.

How you'll make an impact In This Hands‐on Coordination Role, You Will
* Support the planning and delivery of direct marketing campaigns across acquisition, retention and regular giving.
* Assist with campaign schedules, approvals, supplier briefs and delivery milestones.
* Coordinate campaign documentation, data requests and internal inputs.
* Support the production of fundraising communications by managing timelines and inputs.
* Assist with data selections, campaign setup, reconciliation and reporting.
* Process invoices and maintain accurate campaign and financial records.
* Support donor enquiries and follow‐up actions related to direct marketing activity.
* Contribute to reporting, performance tracking and campaign insights to support continuous improvement.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
What will you bring?
* A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, fundraising, administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a marketing, fundraising or campaign coordination role.
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* A collaborative approach and willingness to take direction while showing initiative.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience working with CRM databases (highly desirable).
* A professional, supporter‐centred mindset with a commitment to confidentiality and best practice.
