MPI is seeking a highly experienced Document / Quality Controller for a 3–4-month contract based in Bibra Lake, with an immediate start. This Monday to Friday role offers 8-hour days and in office parking. You will be responsible for managing document control processes across operational and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient information flow.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and manage document control systems, including version control and retrieval
Track and update project deliverables, procedures, and reports
Distribute latest approved documents and remove obsolete versions
Coordinate document flow across departments, contractors, and suppliers
Manage transmittals, correspondence logs, and stakeholder communications
Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards
Act as point of contact for document control inquiries
Support teams with documentation needs as required.
About you:
Cert IV or higher in Business Administration
3–5 years of experience in document control (engineering, construction, or industrial projects)
Proficient in document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, Procore)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and safety management standards
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document control systems.
