Clinical Support Role
As a clinical support representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring business objectives are achieved.
This position involves working closely with customers, providing clinical support, and undertaking training activities for products and services in the clinical environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers, aligning with sales and marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in the medical field or tertiary qualifications in science or medical-related disciplines. They will also possess extensive knowledge of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products, industry-technical terminology, and clinical knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional clinical support to customers on products while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
* Supporting surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products as required.
* Managing the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
* Enhancing operating efficiencies, including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
* Ensuring the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.
* Supporting the maintenance/development of customer profiles/preferences.
* Fostering good teamwork, communication, and execution across the state sales team.
Additional requirements include:
* Proven experience in the orthopaedic and/or endoscopy field will be essential.
* Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system.
* A knowledge of selling skills.
* Computer proficiency in MS Office.
