About the Role
Are you a passionate sales professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping people make life-changing decisions? We are looking for a Membership Consultant (Sales Consultant) to join our friendly Membership and Marketing team and help drive occupancy across our premium seniors living community.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will guide prospective residents and their families through their decision-making journey. From hosting village tours and showcasing our beautiful apartments to nurturing relationships, securing deposits, and supporting new members through to move-in, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external professional partners to support business growth and enhance service delivery and resident experience
* Maximise member satisfaction and goodwill including confidence in quality and value for money
* Meet planned membership targets
* Prepare and implement sales and marketing strategies for on-site and off-site presentations, expos and seniors' and community functions
* Maintain an accurate records management/filing system including accurate and detailed Salesforce data
* Strategic Lead Management - respond promptly to all communications and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, maintaining a proactive approach to converting tours into sales
* Prepare and present regular and ad hoc sales reports to relevant team members
* Undertake specific projects as reasonably directed

About You
* Dedication to providing great customer service
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
* Effective time management and organisational skills
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Qualifications or certification in business or real estate would be desirable but is not essential.
* Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
* Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
* Previous experience in Retirement living and Aged care (Desirable)
* Understanding of the Queensland Retirement Villages Act 1999 (as amended) and real estate conveyancing procedures would be highly regarded
