**Job Title:** Manager Investigations and Incident Management
**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our investigations and incident management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that effective principles, methodology, and techniques are applied to complex compliance and investigations involving natural persons and corporations.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the investigations and incident management team to deliver strategic direction, management, and delivery of enforcement and emergency response services.
* Develop and implement effective investigation plans to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
**Requirements:** Post-graduate qualifications in investigations, intelligence, incident/emergency management, law, environmental management related disciplines or public administration; or relevant similar experience in the South Australian public sector.
