About This Role
Your new role:
This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity to deliver advanced mental health intervention coordination within a dynamic, multi-agency environment.
* Provide expert clinical leadership, consultancy and crisis intervention within the Mental Health Intervention Program (MHIP)
* Collaborate closely with Queensland Police, Ambulance Services and multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated crisis responses
* Deliver advanced assessments, risk management and person-centred care across community and acute settings
* Lead service improvement, education, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen system-wide mental health response
About You
You are an experienced and confident mental health clinician who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and leads with compassion and expertise.
* Registered Nurse with advanced clinical experience in mental health, including crisis assessment and intervention
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across agencies
* Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice
* Passion for service improvement, education and delivering high-quality, person-centred care outcomes
