My client is seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join their small, family-owned service with a great reputation in the lovely Pearcedale community. If you are a dedicated teacher who thrives in a small group, play-based setting, we encourage you to apply
The Opportunity:
* Role: Kindergarten Teacher (Experienced and Dedicated)
* Hours: 2 set days per week - Tuesday and Wednesday (Hours negotiable, typically 8-hour days).
* Roster: Work 8 hours per day, including 2 hours of dedicated program planning (non-contact time).
* Group Size: Small group of only 14 children for the upcoming year, ensuring quality interactions and personalised learning with an assistant to support
* Location: Pearcedale, conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Frankston and 20 minutes from Cranbourne. On-site parking provided.

* Hold an approved Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification (as per ACECQA requirements).
* Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering high-quality, play-based educational programs.
* A strong understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues.
