In this role, you'll
* Support the preparation of planning approvals and statutory submissions
* Lead and mentor juniors
* Conduct research and analysis of planning legislation and schemes
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and recommendations for clients
* Work with job managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met
* Contribute to project outcomes
* Communicate with councils, state agencies, and community stakeholders
Skills and Experience
* Recently completed or near‑completed tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning
* 3+ years of industry experience required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in statutory and strategic planning processes
* Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
* Familiarity with WA planning frameworks highly regarded
* High attention to detail and strong research capabilities
