About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hotel Services Team Member. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, amenities, or any immediate needs.
* Support your teammates across departments including Front Office, Concierge and Food & Beverage at our premium Club Lounge, ensuring seamless service throughout the hotel.
* Manage guest accounts and billing, handle payments securely, and ensure a smooth check-in and departure experience.
* Listen to guest feedback with care and professionalism, promote IHG Rewards Club by enrolling new members and recognising loyal guests.
* Uphold brand standards to deliver a consistent and memorable experience.
What We're Looking For
* A strong interest in the hotel industry and/or experience in premium service or other high-level customer-focused environments.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional guest service.
* A service-oriented mindset, with resilience and flexibility.
* Previous experience in restaurants, bars and as a barista. Hotel Front Office experience is not essential but favourable.
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and Australian driver's licence.
* Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and support colleagues as needed.
