What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and grow client relationships quickly, identifying needs and upselling / cross-selling relevant crypto solutions
* Run structured follow-up to progress leads and close new business
* Facilitate OTC trades and digital asset transactions end-to-end
* Source liquidity and negotiate pricing across exchanges / liquidity venues
* Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
* Support onboarding, account setup and ensure KYC/AML compliance
* Translate complex crypto concepts into clear, client-friendly advice
* Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting/forecasting
* Liaise with trading/ops/compliance teams to execute orders and resolve trade queries
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in Broking / BDM / Relationship Management (or similar)
* Crypto native who has owned digital assets and understands the space
* Strong commercial instincts who understands pricing, market dynamics and closing profitable deals
* Confident communicator who can build trust across institutional, retail and crypto-native clients
* Comfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
* Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail
* Values compliance and understands the importance of regulation in financial services/crypto
