We're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team at our Wyong location
About Us:We're a locally owned and operated party and event hire company, helping customers bring their celebrations to life with quality equipment, creative ideas, and exceptional service.
From weddings and birthdays to corporate functions, we take pride in making every event special.
About the Role:This role is as a Maternity Leave position with the opportunity to stay on after 12 months.
As our Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — in person, over the phone, and via email.
You'll help clients plan their events, prepare quotes, process bookings, and coordinate with our operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the hire process
Respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads
Process bookings, payments, and hire documentation
Offer product recommendations and advice to suit customer needs
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for seamless order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records and a tidy showroom/office
About You:
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in sales, retail, or event hire preferred (but not essential)
Competent with computers and basic office systems.
We use macs so if you are familiar that will be a bonus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
What We Offer:
Full-time position (Monday–Friday, very occasional weekend work)
