Job Description
We are seeking a skilled technical professional to fill the role of Helpdesk Support Specialist in our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first and second level support to internal customers, troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and other IT issues. They will also be required to provide technical assistance with hardware and peripherals, including laptops, printers, media and audio visual equipment.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in first and/or second level technical support in an ITIL Helpdesk environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 ecosystem, including Skype for Business & Teams client troubleshooting skills.
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and its applications.
* Experience working with end-user hardware technologies, including laptops, printers, monitors, docking stations and mobile devices.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
