In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, expanding membership and exhibitor bases, and building strategic partnerships. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations. Organise site visits, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase event participation value. Mentor and train account managers and staff to enhance sales skills. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within events, exhibitions, or manufacturing sectors. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and strategically. Experience in the caravan/RV industry or professional sales/marketing certification is highly desireable.
