Overview
This is a unique opportunity to provide administrative support across the Children, Young People and Family, Violence Abuse Neglect and Women's Services teams. These services support vulnerable families and children, and your work will contribute to the smooth delivery of care. You'll work with a range of health professionals who are welcoming and supportive, offering opportunities to learn, grow and advance your career in administration.
Your days will be varied—from managing rosters and supporting teams face-to-face and over the phone, to problem-solving, planning and prioritising workflow. Strong reasoning skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are key, as is the capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
About The Service
The role sits within Integrated Care Services, based at Taree Community Health and spanning a large geographical area across the Lower Mid North Coast. Travel between sites is part of the position. You'll be part of a supportive workplace culture that values professionalism, empathy, teamwork and wellbeing.
