As our Event & Sales Coordinator, you'll be deeply embedded in the MMA scene, working closely with gyms, fighters, coaches, sponsors, and partners, helping bring major fight events and activations to life. From behind-the-scenes planning to being cageside on event night, you'll be part of the action. There's even the potential to collaborate on projects involving UFC athletes and industry leaders.

What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating HEX events from early planning through to fight night execution
* Working closely with MMA gyms, fighters, sponsors, and partners to build strong, ongoing relationships
* Being hands-on during events — assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth delivery
* Supporting sales conversations and helping convert interest into confirmed bookings and partnerships
* Communicating with clients and stakeholders before, during, and after events
Managing event schedules, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination
* Tracking leads, bookings, and key event details
* Collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and casual staff
* Helping refine processes to make every event bigger and better than the last
No two days are the same — one day you're coordinating logistics, the next you're onsite at an MMA event surrounded by fighters, fans, and industry leaders
What Makes You a Great Fit
* Background in events, sales, coordination, admin, hospitality, or similar roles
* A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships
* Comfortable using digital tools, trackers, and admin systems
* Willing and excited to be onsite and part of live events
* Genuine interest in MMA, combat sports, or live sports entertainment
* Brings energy, initiative, and a team-first mindset
