Key Responsibilities Answering phones and managing enquiries professionallyGreeting clients and creating a welcoming office environmentMaintaining an organised, professional and efficient officeWorking closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth listing and sale transitionsAssisting with marketing across social media platformsSupporting overflow from Property Management, including:Processing invoicesEnsuring compliance requirements are metFollowing up maintenance requestsProviding high-level administrative support to the Directors
ExpereienceCurrent Real Estate Licence with sound knowledge of industry practicesExperience in Sales and/or Property Management (advantageous)Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationshipsStrong administrative and office management capabilitiesExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
