Responsibilities
* Management of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and professional development processes
* Guidance and support for a team of HR professionals across regional locations
* Promotion of initiatives enhancing engagement, wellbeing, and retention
Requirements
* Completed tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
* At least five years' experience in senior or managerial HR role
* Current Blue Card (Working with Children) and Yellow Card (Disability Services)
* Full COVID-19 vaccination
* Current Queensland Open Driver's Licence
* Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
