Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in the training and assessment of electrical trades personnel. As a Senior Assessor Trainer, you will have the primary responsibility for delivering and assessing qualifications related to distribution cable jointing and overhead work.
Key aspects of the role include delivering and assessing UET30821 Underground qualification, assisting in the delivery and assessment of UET30621 Overhead qualification, and conducting post-training verification of competency (VoC) follow ups. You will also be required to maintain operating policies and manuals in accordance with business requirements and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for programming and delivering external customer requested training and assessment to support the Technical Training external training business requirements. This includes collating and analysing relevant training and assessment data and preparing performance and competency achievement reports.
Furthermore, you will assist in the design and development of designated technical training and learning resource materials for ongoing delivery of training and assessment. You will also assist management in training and assessment marketing and promotion opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Cert IV in Training and Assessing, Cert III in Distribution Cable Jointing, Cert III in Distribution Overhead, ESI-TDR or Electrotechnology Trades Qualification
* Experience: Advanced professional with substantial experience in a similar/professional role within the Education, Energy/Electrical and/or Utilities industry
