As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day implementation of our projects.
You will engage with site leaders and other key stakeholders to achieve project goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
* Cairns based role
* Monday to Friday - 48 hours
Responsibilities:
* Purchase order and invoice processing
* Daily activity sheets (including timesheets)
* Establishing and maintaining effective records management and filing
* Preparing and managing correspondence, ensuring accuracy and effective written communication standards
* Data entry into systems and related documents
* Stock and inventory control
* General administration duties for the project team
* Other relevant administration duties as may be required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in administration
* Experience in the construction industry (desirable)
* Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Excellent time management, workload prioritisation, organisation and planning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Driver Licence
* Construction Card (blue or white)
