We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of 2-point Secondary CAPA Leader at our vibrant learning community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential.
About the Role:
* Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to students' intellectual, social, and developmental needs.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment, implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
* Use student assessment data to identify learning barriers and drive academic improvement.
* Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community to support both social and intellectual growth.
* Contribute to a faith-based environment that promotes transformational education.
Requirements:
* Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation (Working with Children Check clearance).
* Eligible according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
* Tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree or 75% complete).
* Experience in supporting diverse learning needs is an advantage.
