With offices in Manly, The Forest, and St Ives, we continue to expand and are seeking a service-focused Business Manager who can be based at any of these locations.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a service-focused Business Manager overseeing operational, compliance, and financial performance across our multi-office network. Reporting to the Principal & General Manager, you'll drive efficiency, team development, and growth while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, strong internal support, and exceptional service delivery across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multi-office operations: optimise systems (PropertyMe, Agentbox, REA), processes, facilities, and supplier relationships for peak performance.
* Drive financial oversight: budgeting, payroll coordination, cost control, and KPI reporting to support profitability and strategic decisions.
* Build high-performing teams: mentor staff, deliver training/SOPs, and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and service.
* Ensure full compliance: manage risks, trust accounts, WHS, and NSW regulations (Property and Stock Agents Act); conduct reviews and maintain registers.
* Champion innovation: track metrics, roll out PropTech, support marketing/brand consistency, and contribute to business growth projects.

* Proven leadership in real estate/property operations, with strong financial management, process improvement, and multi-site experience.
* A service-first mindset with the ability to support teams, stakeholders, and clients with professionalism and care.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder negotiation, and team-building skills in fast-paced settings.
* Tech-savvy with real estate tools (PropertyMe, REA, etc.) and solid NSW compliance knowledge.
