We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Experience Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing generalist HR advice in a fast-paced and complex environment. They will be responsible for facilitating the employee journey across the entire employee life cycle, working strategically with stakeholders to identify and implement talent attraction strategies, and delivering timely, consistent and high-quality P&E advisory services and operational support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the employee journey across the entire employee life cycle
* Work strategically with key stakeholders to identify and implement talent attraction strategies
* End to end case management of people-related queries including coordination of enquiries with relevant P&E Centre of Excellence and/or Payroll
* Deliver timely, consistent and high-quality P&E advisory services and operational support to employees and managers
Requirements:
* Experience in providing generalist HR advice in a fast-paced and complex environment
* Demonstrated ability to analyse complex people-related issues and provide advice and solutions to achieve positive business outcomes
* Able to partner with stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills
* Comprehension of industry practices related to sourcing strategies, recruitment, promotion, skills development, employment conditions, and HR policies
