THE MONDAY GROUP has been exclusively retained by a leading national essential services provider to recruit a key leadership role supporting a major government contract across the Albury-Wodonga region.
This is a newly created role overseeing hospitality, catering, cleaning, accommodation services, transport, and fitness centres. Ideal for a senior hospitality, facilities management, or service-industry leader who thrives in structured environments and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders and frontline teams.
The Role
* Lead multi-site day-to-day operations across hospitality, catering, cleaning, transport, accommodation and fitness services
* Ensure contract compliance, safety standards, food safety, and service delivery performance
* Build productive relationships with senior public sector stakeholders
* Manage budgets, P&L, reporting, resourcing, and operational systems
* Lead a multidisciplinary leadership team and drive culture, training, and performance
* Access strong national support across safety, food, cleaning, and contract management
Skills & Experience
* Background in hospitality management, hotels, facilities management, aged care or similar service-based environments
* Experience managing diverse teams and service lines
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including dealing with senior government clients
* Knowledge of safety systems, food safety or regulated operational environments
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
