Job Title: National Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on sales professional to lead national sales efforts across direct and distributor channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
* Drive lead generation and long-cycle sales strategies.
* Travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support tenders and complex sales.
Requirements:
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally through distributor networks or directly to sectors like education, hospitality, health care, law enforcement, and mining.
* Strong understanding of distributor networks and solution-based selling.
* Self-starter with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
* Experience selling commercial kitchen and laundry equipment is ideal but not essential.
* Ability to operate autonomously and guide team members toward shared goals.
