About the Role: The Agency Lead will focus on enabling and empowering agencies to excel across Uber Advertising's platform in service to their advertisers. As an early member of the Uber Advertising agency team, you will have direct input and impact on helping achieve our goal of $3B in advertising revenue by 2026.
We are building out the next phase of Uber Advertising, to step change the growth into agencies with offices across Sydney, Melbourne & Auckland.
Your impact in role:
* Establish Uber Advertising as an indispensable partner across your agency holding group and independent agency portfolio, building trusted relationships from C suite to coordinators
* Own and deliver the AUNZ agency growth strategy in partnership with sales, global agency, marketing, product, and cross functional teams
* Drive commercial outcomes by growing agency share of revenue, scaling joint business opportunities, and leading senior level business reviews
* Shape Uber Advertising's go to market approach by championing the voice of the agency and influencing product, strategy, and roadmap decisions
The experience you'll bring
* Extensive experience in advertising sales or agency environments, with deep exposure to holding company engagement and multi million dollar revenue ownership
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of building long term partnerships and delivering joint revenue growth
* Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills across senior agency and brand leadership
* Experience working cross functionally on go to market strategy, product development, and complex sales motions in fast paced, ambiguous environments
