We are currently looking for a Purchasing & Production Assistant to join our team.
This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.

Requirements:
* Driver's license required
* Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
* Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
* Some tasks require communication in Chinese or assisting with Chinese translation
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Duties: Handle daily office administrative tasks
* Procurement: Purchase office supplies and ad-hoc items/tools for the production line
* Vehicle Management: Manage payments, traffic violation checks, insurance, claims, and repairs
* Emergency Handling: Assist the company manager in dealing with urgent or unexpected situations
