The Company
Join a leading custom home builder delivering beautifully designed residences, as well as high‑end unit developments. This role will form part of the Projects Division which focuses on Residential & lightweight Commercial builds. Initially your run will consist of a couple development sites across Ellenbrook and Girrawheen managing c12 homes.

Duties Include
* Supervise day‑to‑day site operations on mid to high‑end projects
* Drive quality control
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
* Maintain site schedules and report progress to the Construction Manager
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to premium standards
* Identify defects early and ensure rectifications before handover
About You
* Proven experience supervising residential homes (Developments experience held in high regard)
* Strong ability to read plans and manage trades
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing and WHS standards
* High level of pride in workmanship and site presentation
