**The Role**:
Best & Less has an opportunity for and ambitous and experienced **Part Time Team Member** with weekday and some weekend availability to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Tweed Heads Store.
As an integral member of the Tweed Heads ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
**Your day will consist of**:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

**Job Type**: Part time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: Up to $24.80 per hour
