About the role
In this role you will lead the gaming and loyalty marketing strategy to increase EGM and TG revenue through promotions and campaigns that increase Casino patron acquisition, retention and reactivation.
Key Tasks include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing to grow gaming revenue and brand recognition of the Casino and loyalty program.
- Develop and execute loyalty program initiatives and communication strategies to drive customer visitation, retention and spend.
- Lead the gaming marketing team to design and implement gaming marketing campaigns across digital, social media, direct marketing, traditional media and on-property promotions.
- Lead the marketing of Casino transformation projects.
- Lead the VIP Events marketing strategy to increase Casino patron visitation and spend.
- Lead the gaming marketing team including allocating workloads, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, and providing opportunities for professional development.
- Provide support and communicate any change or impact to the marketing gaming team on customer I.T. systems.
- Analyse data to inform the creation of marketing activities as well as assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or similar
- Minimum five years’ experience in a Marketing or similar role
- Able to obtain a Gaming Licence
- Experience in delivering high-quality, revenue generating marketing campaigns
- Experience in communications across a variety of mediums including Email Direct Marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A working knowledge of MailChimp and Wordpress would be an advantage
- Experience in data analytics and copyrighting desirable
