About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Studio Manager to join our team at Blok Modular. Based at our Carole Park studio, this role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our architecture and modular construction business. You will be the go-to person for coordinating office functions, streamlining administrative processes, and creating an organised, efficient, and positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our leadership team and project staff to ensure smooth operational support across both our studio and factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, cleaning, utilities, and equipment maintenance.

Maintain office calendars, meeting bookings, and team scheduling across studio and factory staff.

Director calendar and inbox management

Support HR functions such as onboarding new staff, maintaining leave records, and coordinating team events.

Assist with accounts administration including reconciling receipts, processing invoices, and coordinating with our bookkeeper.

Maintain and update company documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).

Assist with organising team meetings, training, travel bookings, and internal communications.

Coordinate with IT and external service providers to manage technology and software needs.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in an office management or administration.

Experience in a design, construction, or professional services environment is highly regarded.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – approachable, responsive, and confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital filing systems (experience with Xero is a bonus).
