As our Food & Beverage Team Leader in the Atrium Lounge, reporting to our Atrium Manager you'll lead the team day-to-day to deliver warm, memorable guest experiences. You'll lead daily Atrium operations, including service set‐up and pack‐down, food and beverage service, and support other outlets when needed—helping ensure every guest feels welcome and at home.
Your Day-to-Day
* Deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences by maintaining high service standards and consistently preparing quality beverages
* Ensure the Atrium Lounge is service‐ready leading by example through efficient set‐up, closing procedures
* Support the Bar Manager with team training, staff scheduling, and stock control
* Contribute to a safe, healthy, and positive workplace by actively supporting health and wellbeing initiatives
* Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately.
* Work closely with restaurant, kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth service operations.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in a bar and/or hotel environment, with previous leadership experience highly regarded
* Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Holding a current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and Food Safety Certification
* Excellent communication skills, making you approachable and confident in handling both guest feedback and concerns
* Proven problem‐solving skills, with the ability to turn challenges into positive guest experiences so every guest leaves with lasting memories
* Physical capability to lift up to 23kg and perform manual handling tasks as required.
