Working within a high-growth and strategically important business unit, you'll support a diverse portfolio of capital equipment and consumables used in the diagnosis and treatment of urological and gynaecological conditions.
This is a dynamic role where you'll partner with the Senior Product Manager to drive marketing strategy, support product launches, and deliver commercial outcomes, while gaining exposure to key stakeholders across ANZ and globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive portfolio growth
* Analyse local and global market trends to identify opportunities and risks
* Assist with product launches, pricing, and lifecycle management strategies
* Equip sales teams with tools, insights, and training to achieve revenue targets
* Manage and maintain the capital demonstration fleet and product assets
* Support forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain alignment
* Build strong relationships with clinicians, industry bodies (e.g. USANZ), and internal stakeholders
* Assist with conferences, events, and external engagements
* Contribute to business reporting, presentations, and market intelligence

What we are looking for
* A degree in Marketing, Business, Health Science, or similar
* Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or B2B environments (desirable)
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to engage confidently with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals
* High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and develop
* Willingness to travel for customer engagement, training, and industry events
