You will be responsible for managing the end to end function of payroll of 100 employees.
You will assess the current procedures and invite the team to look at recent ways of doing things.
You will assist with the rostering of employees, administration of new starters and terminations.
If you do not already possess HR experience, there is an opportunity to learn HR processes such as culture engagement, assist with recruitment processes and HR administration.
What our client is looking for
A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude.
Ability to take initiative and bring current ideas to the table.
Strong team player and ability to work collaboratively with the HR Manager.
Experience using ADP Payforce and Kronos would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience in end to end Payroll.
