Overview
We are seeking experienced Program Managers to lead the end-to-end delivery of major HRIS, CRM and/or ERP transformation programs. We are seeking senior leaders responsible for governing and coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver complex, business-critical system implementations.
You will work closely with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and delivery partners to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational strategy and benefits realisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overall program lifecycle from initiation through delivery and transition to BAU
* Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks
* Oversee multiple project streams (e.g. HR, Finance, Payroll, CRM, ERP, Data, Integration, Change)
* Manage systems integrators, SaaS vendors, and advisory partners, including contracts and performance
* Own program‐level budget, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Provide clear, concise executive reporting and facilitate steering committee forums
* Ensure alignment between business processes, technology design, and organisational outcomes
* Partner with Change, Training, and Business Leads to drive adoption and benefits realisation
* Ensure compliance with relevant ICT, security, and regulatory frameworks
You will bring
* Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Director on HRIS, ERP, or CRM programs
* Strong understanding of HR and/or corporate enterprise domains (e.g. HCM, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, CRM)
* Experience delivering SaaS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, or TechnologyOne
* Proven ability to manage multi‐vendor delivery models and internal PMO structures
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive and board level
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large program budgets
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead delivery through organisational change
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, ICT, or related discipline
* Formal certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, or equivalent (highly regarded)
* Experience in government, local government, or highly regulated environments (desirable)
* Familiarity with program assurance, risk frameworks, and benefits realisation models
