What You'll Be Doing
As the Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success — leading your team, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
* Leading, training, and motivating team members
* Overseeing merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
* Maintaining exceptional customer experience standards
* Executing store-level marketing and promotional initiatives
* Reporting performance and ensuring targets are met
